

RETURN POLICY
Returns of merchandise is allowed on all products unless it is stated in the item description as being sold “as is” such as items that are being sold in damaged condition.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund as long as it is returned in the same condition as it was received. A Return authorization form must accompany the item or items that you are returning. You can obtain a copy of the return form by clicking here. If the item is returned due to an error on our part, the return shipping will also be refunded to you. If you ordered a wrong item or are returning a no longer wanted item, the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
If the merchandise is received back to us in altered condition (e.g. a new item that was sealed in now opened, or a card that was sold in unplayed condition has a crease in it) the item will be treated as a sale of a used item and not a return. The value of the altered item will be what we would normally pay for a used item and will be issued in store credit only.
If you have purchased a new sealed item that is missing parts, refer to the manufacturer. If the item is new, sealed, and out of print we will make every attempt to help you in obtaining the missing parts.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
