We use the following in addition to the regular rules when conducting torpedo attacks.
Torpedoes are assumed to all be at the same depth.
Escorts: Torpedoes launched from a port or starboard position to its target
must hit the first ship in its path. If attacking a target from a
forward or aft position into an enemy sector, the attacker can declare its target.
The anti-submarine doctrine directs escorting ships (usually Destroyers) to maneuver
in position to take a hit from a torpedo rather than allow it to hit a higher valuable
target.
Enemy submarines do not apply to escort rule.
